Class Schedule

We now offer the following Classes.
Power Yoga, Pilates and Yoga


Please drop by or e-mail and welcome Laurie, the newest member of our team. Laurie will be instructing these classes. 
Inquire about receiving one complimentary class of your choice.
Please register for all classes.

Monday

  • 6 - 7 AM - Power Yoga
  • 5 - 6 PM - Pilates
  • 6 - 7 PM - Yoga

Wednesday

  • 8 - 9 AM - Pilates
  • 5 - 6 PM - Yoga
  • 6 - 7 PM - Pilates

Friday

  • 7 - 8 AM - Power Yoga
  • 8 - 9 AM - Pilates
  • 3 - 4 PM - Pilates
